The first thing that caught my eye about this (and I'm sure everyone elses too) was the eyes. I'm a sucker for brightly coloured eyes, especially as I do it myself with my own manipulations, and you did an awsome job with this!
The colour change on the lips is impecable and your use of minimal make-up is very nicely done.

For me the biggest learning point of the tutorial was the lighting, and I'm glad to see you've got the hang of that beautifully. I love the little bit of light hitting off the colar bone and neck muscle - It gives your lighting a realistic feel and you have clearly well observed the image on where the lighting should and should not go.
I also love the little glints of light you have added to the eyes and lips.

I have to give at least one criticism and the only thing I would have personally done different is when blurring out the body and background to make the face stand out I wouldn't have blurred the hair - but this is simply because I like to see detailing in the hair, so completly personal choice.

Overall I love it!
